Samsung not preparing to launch its most waited Android phone Samsung Galaxy S III. It seems they have plans for more improvement and see how the product's quality can be a major break between its earlier brands.

Its disappointment for Samsung Galaxy S fans waiting for the new version at MWC 2012, but company has working on some volume issues and productivity of the Mobile Set which will not be finalized till Mobile World Congress 2012.

Specifications on the Samsung Galaxy S III are HD Multi-Touch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Samsung’s new dual core 2GHz Exynos 5250 processor and 2GB of RAM, it will come with a quad core 1.5GHz or 1.6GHz processor.
