iPhone 4S is available in the market and in the consumers’ hands for a little more than a month and with all its shortcomings managed to get ahead its competitors, in more than one aspect. The latest news about iPhone 4S’ top performance comes from the photo sharing website Flickr.com.
Flickr provides data collected from the file’s metadata of the pictures posted on the website as the cameras used to capture images are detected automatically. Consequently, the reports are perceived as unbiased and the only thing that can alter the results could be some handsets that cannot provide pictures with accurate metadata. This translates into certain phone brands being under-represented. However, according to Flickr, more than two thirds of the pictures posted are able to participate in the survey and can indicate accurate trends in camera usage.
