Samsung Mobile and Google officially announced the Galaxy Nexus in Hong Kong . In the past, this phone will be the world's first smart phone to feature Google’s latest version of Android – version 4.0 which has also been called Ice Cream Sandwich.
Key features of the Galaxy Nexus include a 4.65 inch HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280x720, a 1.2GHz dual core processor, and LTE or HSPA+ connectivity. The Galaxy Nexus will feature software navigation buttons which is a first for Android smart phones. The Galaxy Nexus will feature a Contour Display.
It has a redesigned user interface with improved multi-tasking, notifications, Wi-Fi hotspot, NFC support and a full web browsing experience. GALAXY Nexus features a redesigned camera which introduces panorama mode, 1080p video capture, zero-shutter lag, and effects like silly faces and background replacement.
